Appearance
Chagatai is a tall xaela with dark blue hair and dark eyes. He bears a few visible scars, though none of the ones that are visible stand out more than any other. Where there may not be many visible scars, at the upper end of his forearm scales, the tail end of what seems to be the end of what appear to be intricate tattoos that vanish beneath the sleeves of whatever he wears. When seen with no shirt or with shorter sleeves those tattoos flow up his arms, and over his shoulders, going on to cover his back.The tattoos Chag has depicts a Yol on his back, it's wings outstretched and moving to wrap around his shoulders. Above the Yol's head is what appears to be what looks like a meteorite, against a night sky. Around the Yol would would be the wind symbolized blowing around the feathers. Among the wind would Sakura blossoms and dark purple Peonies. Following the wings over his shoulders, the wind would continue down his arms, the upper part of his arm scales would begin to have waterfalls joining the wind and flower blossoms down till just above his elbow.Most times, however the tattoos are hidden beneath Chagatai's clothing, most of which seem to be in dark colors of Hingan fashion, though from time to time he did wear other outfits. When He wore a pair of matched swords, one full length katana, while the second was a shorter wakizashi. The grip for the swords appears to be a carved lacquered wood. The sheaths for the blades also appear to be made of lacquered wood, though at the end of the of the blade the sheaths there is an inlay of a blue metal, that would seem difficult to identify without taking time to study it.

A good way to get him on your side if would be to take him out gambling, throw in some fighting afterwards and you might have a fast friend in him.
